Q: How do I place an order?
A: To place an order, select your desired product(s) and quantity, then click either the "Add to cart" or "Buy it now" button on the product page. Proceed to checkout. If purchasing multiple items, click the Cart/Bag icon at the upper right corner of your screen to proceed to checkout.

A : We offer two convenient payment methods: PayPal and credit/master cards. Whether you prefer using PayPal or your credit or master card, both options ensure a smooth, secure and safe transaction process for your purchase.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for processing. We will then fulfill and pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. You can also track your shipment in real-time by entering the tracking number on any tracking website. If you haven't received the tracking number or any updates after 5 business days, please contact us for assistance.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No, we only ship to the United States and Canada.
